21st Licensing Round announced
The Norwegian ministry of petroleum and energy has announced the 21st Licensing Round, targeting blocks in the Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea (see http://www.npd.no/en/Topics/Production-licences/Theme-articles/Licensing-rounds/21th-licensing-round/21-konsesjonsrunde—utlysning/).
The application deadline is set to november 3rd 2010. The awards will be made in the spring of 2011. Over the last years, XaitPorter has become the standard software tool for the licensing rounds in Norway. In APA 2009 about 90% of the winning applications was produced in XaitPorter.
