ENI’s plan for development and operation (PDO) for the Goliat field
ENI has been given the green light for the development of Goliat in the Barents Sea. The announcement was made 6 May by the Norwegian Energy Minister Terje Riis-Johansen.
The Goliat project will be the first field development in the Barents Sea and ENI is estimated to invest about NOK 28 billion.
