Writing Invitation to Tenders (ITTs) or Request for Proposals (RFPs) is not easy. It often involves collaboration between various departments, often located in different countries. A bad ITT or RFP means that you will get bad tenders and Proposals from your vendors. And can misunderstand key elements of your ITT or RFP or what is important to you.
Writing an ITT or RFP is not much different to creating tenders – you still have to focus on your audience to get the response that you want and need. Why not reduce the amount of queries and questions you need to respond to after sending the invite, by producing a more clear and precise ITT in the first place?
