It enables you to store, and use text, photos, tables, videos and animations. By keeping the media on a server, you can update media that has been used across several documents to ensure that all instances of a media is the correct version.
Exporting documents from XaitPorter is done with the touch of a button.
When you export documents from XaitPorter, you are given the option save your document into a number of formats, including industry-standard PDF, HTML and XML.
The exported PDF is ready-for-print and can be sent directly to a printer, without having to think about formatting, fonts or colours.
You can even upload your own front and back covers as PDF files to add that extra finish to your finished tender.
