Workflow
The built-in workflow makes it possible for a large number of people to seamlessly write and collaborate on the same document, at the same time. The commenting system allow users to comment sections and figures. When changes are made to a section, everyone involved will be notified whith a internal message in XaitPorter, or by an automatically sent e-mail. Project managers use the workflow system to assign tasks within a document.
Job tickets
Project managers can create job tickets to explain what they want a figure should contain. You can upload any kind of source graphic to go along with the job ticket. Drafters then takes this information and creates the figure as specified in the tjob ticket. When they are done, approvers ensure that the quality of the figures meet the strict literal guidelines needed to land high-end proposals. The same principal applies when writing sections.
Comments
Users of XaitPorter communicate using comments. Comments can be sent as e-mails to one or several users, allowing the users to be notified of changes made to a document virtually anywhere. You can also view the full comment history in order to keep up-to-date with latest editorial changes of sections and figures.
