Create formatting templates In XaitPorter to fit your branding. When you create a new document select which formatting template you will use and XaitPorter will automatically format it for you.
When writers want to format text, they cannot choose font size or font type. They have to select a paragraph style from your predefined palette. The same thing applies to tables and pictures. So no one can mess up the look of your document any longer.
Change the template and the document lay out will change instantly
Formatting is not stored together with the text in XaitPorter. We just store what kind of text it is. Is it Body text, Heading, Figure Title or something else. When you set up a formatting template you define how the body text, Heading and Figure Title will look when you use this template.
That means that you can switch to another template minutes before the deadline and the look are updated right away. Bring in content from different documents, everything will have the same consistent lay out.
